Manatee Crime Stoppers Safe Kids Night :: October 31st 5:00 – 9:00 p.m.
An alternate option for trick-or-treating in the neighborhood. Location: DeSoto Square Mall in Bradenton
City of Venice Halloween Parade :: October 31st 4:30-5:30 p.m.
Participate in a kids constume parade and trick-or-treat downtown Venice. Location: West Venice Avenue, Venice 34285

Fruitville Grove Pumpkin Festival :: Every Weekend in October
Admission, parking, petting zoo, playground, music and photo opportunities are all FREE. This is a classic Sarasota Family-Friendly Halloween event to attend annually. Enjoy a variety of rides and games, such as pony rides, bounce house, and pumpkin painting. Each activity has set pricing ranging from $2.00 – $7.00.
Howl-O-Ween Movie Night Spooktacular :: October 14th 5:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Bring one non-pershiable food item and enjoy Halloween fun with games, activities, parade, and concluding with a family-friendly Halloween-themed movie shown on the outfield video board. Hunsader Farms Pumpkin Festival :: October 14th – 15th, 21st – 22nd, 28th – 29th

Mote: Night of Fish, Fun & Fright :: October 20th 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Buoys and ghouls of all ages are invited to dress up in costume and head to Mote Aquarium. Enjoy safe and fun trick-or-treating as well as see underwater pumpkin carving in the shark tank! Gamble Mansion Halloween Candlelight Tour :: October 21st 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.

Florida Railroad Museum; Pumpkin Patch Express :: October 21st, 28th & 29th

Selby Gardens Spooktacular :: October 30th 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
This playful, Sarasota family-friendly Halloween event is open to the public, as well as Selby Gardens’ members. The daytime activities will include traditional, wholesome Halloween happenings like trick-or-treating and pumpkin decorating, fun and educational activities like seed planting, as well as more frightening (but not too scary) options for older children like a mad scientist experiment center. Spirit Voices from Old Manatee :: October 6th – 23rd
Enjoy an outdoor drama and cemetery tour that began in 2011 as an original living history production. A glimpse into the history of Manatee is held the second, third and fourth weekends of October.
